We're restoring.

In April 2017, we bought four houses from the 18th and 19th centuries. Nine years later, the work isn't finished.

The walls were here before us, and they'll be here after. The work is to make them liveable without making them lie: roof frames redone, openings redone, floors relaid, the bread oven restored.

Nine years, not nine months. A project this size can't be rushed. We didn't rush it.

La Bergerie has been open since June 2026. La Maison des Prés and La Grange Sud open in spring 2027. Until then, the work continues.
