Pilates,
under the linden tree.
A private session on the grass, in the shade of the three-hundred-year-old linden tree. You choose the discipline, Lucile shapes the session around you. In Pilates, you work the breath, the back, balance. No mirror, no studio: the sky and the old walls. One hour, up to four people. On request, at least 48 hours in advance. €45 per person, paid on site, tax included. If it rains, the session takes place in the house's living room, or is cancelled if you prefer.
Lucile, a state-qualified sports coach with seven years in the trade. Pilates, yoga, strength training, cardio. Demanding and gentle at once, she adapts each session to the person in front of her: to push you further, or simply to enjoy the moment. Either way, in good spirits.
