Four houses,
one decision.

In April 2017, we bought the property. Four houses from the 18th and 19th centuries, a three-hundred-year-old linden tree, 1.2 hectares of meadows. Nine years of quiet restoration. No announcement, no campaign. The house was getting ready.

We don't believe in luxury that's on display. We believe in luxury that withdraws. No lobby, no programme. Someone welcomes you. You take the keys. You disappear.

Seven rooms by 2027, never more. Adults only, by choice, for the promise of silence. High-quality cotton linen, exposed stone, cast-iron stoves. The house does its work. We do ours in the shadows.

June 2026: the canopy closes over the courtyard. The linden tree is three centuries old. You arrive. The silence is already here.
